Although we admit that other sports benefit us as well as running, we also still have enough reasons to choose running. One reason is that the time we spent on running. When I play tennis, I am the formal team player of four players. This team plays tennis from nine o'clock to eleven o'clock on weekends. If I add up the time spent on the putting up clothes, taking shower, going to the court and departing from the court, I spent six hours on the tennis in weekends. Besides, the heat I consumed up is just two thousand calorie. Now, unless I try to add more distance on the running in order to take part in the marathon race, I just run ten miles one day. On weekends the total hours I spent on the running are 2.5. The longest time of shower on the world can not be more than three hours. Therefore we just spend half time that we can consume two thousand calorie. From the above discussion, we can come to the conclusion that running can save more time than other sports. Since we have such an advantage in doing jogging, we should use it instead of other sports. So we have the reasons to choose jogging among other kinds of sports when we have free time.
Even if we heard of the people who lost their spouses take running, the total number is few. Long run could be done in the trivial time that people do not pay attention in one day. Either in the morning or in the time that people are doing cooking or other sports, we could do jogging. What it needs are just some kind of foresight and politeness. We can notice that running is convenient for us to do. It is a good idea to do exercises in the morning or other frivolous time. You can do running at any time if you are convenient. Inherent spirits of running is different from other sports'. Running can not only be competitive but also not be competitive. You can decide by yourself. In the rugby contest, it is not convenient to do sports without energy. When you hit your ball you must assure that your rival can not get the ball in a tennis match. Golf players drown themselves in the game so that they compete even in the friendly match. According to joggers' wishes, they could decide whether they jog or scurry. You can make use of stopwatch to run faster than before. Through running you can make your friends exhausted. You could consider running as skips in the countryside, and it happens to enable your body feel warm. Even in a contest there is no necessary to run with the fastest speed if you do not hope that. Even if you do not run with the highest speed, you can get good exercises. If you want to choose a kind of sports without competitiveness, running is a good choice. Even if you do not want to win the game, you will also get benefits from jogging.
