The current monthly charges of a customer availing a mobile contract deal, as advertised by scores of retailers, is always less than the monthly rental charges, due to its feature of automatic cash back. This means after the network's cool off period, the companies return the amount of cash back through bank transfer or cheque. The advantage here is that the customers are spared of the trouble of sending their monthly bills after a month or two to get back their cash back in installments.

Also they do not have to go through the rules and conditions again and again to avoid any mistakes or to be sure that the terms do not change while in contract period, it saves a whole lot of trouble for the customer. They are free of the nagging thought that they may have missed a date or crossed the last date of sending their bills. Added to it is the advantage that they get back their money without any problem. Another positive thing is that the amount returned is given back in two weeks after the contract is activated. This is done to prevent the customers from backing out of the deal while in the period of cool off though they still have the cash back amount.

However there is another side of the coin too- the disadvantages. The important disadvantage one primarily comes to face is that these automatic cash back deals cost more than the redemption mode cash back contracts. But one could say that even then it will cost one less than having the contract directly from the website of the company. The next disadvantage is about the nuances which go along reading the contract. One should read the contract form very carefully and not make mistakes like sending the first monthly bill when proof of the payment for first monthly payment is asked.

Here what one needs to provide is one's bank statement for that month or the next month's bill from the network, which will prove that the customer had paid for the first month. The customer will get less than 30 days to send in their second bill in the third month along with the filled-in form. It is advisable to first check whether the retailers pay by weeks directly to bank accounts, and then avail their service.

There are other many queries like whether the companies provide post-dated cheques or whether shall the payment be made at the end of the contract through cheque. For more such details and automatic cash back you can visit our website.
