Stealing the iphone insurance lacks the facility to cover iphones stolen

iPhone insurance lacks the facility to cover iphones stolen or mysteriously lost. In the long run it is a must for iphone insurance to add this module. The Ensquared Calculator shows clearly that the only real options as things stand in this cell phone insurance category are extended warranty and phone damage. In the US the only real iphone insurance players on this limited platform are Apple Care and Square Trade. However, as a stop gap, you also now have iPhone ingenuity. An ingenious iphone technical application assisted Gerald Katz who got his iPhone back after it was stolen from under his nose all by using one of the latest and coolest iphone apps. It is commonly known as "Find My iPhone" part of the iPhone deal.
Katz, like everybody else, lacked iphone insurance. He had used the Ensquared Calculator and resigned himself to the fact that wireless phone insurance for iphones was not a comprehensive option. A $700 loss was looming as reality. Not to worry. Listen to this story: All Katz had to do was log in to the service from a computer, which then showed him on a map exactly where his phone happened to be at that point of time; what's more Katz could send out messages remotely asking for the phone back or simply erase its data if worse comes to worst
Katz, who was on vacation realized his iPhone was gone just after leaving the beach. No amount of retracing helped. Calling the police? C'mon he thought. Not a priority at all in criminal echelons.
He borrowed a friend's Mac laptop and after logging in to Apple's Me.com, and Katz ascertained that the phone was located at a place near the beach - a mile or two away. He sent several messages for the thief: No response. So this is what Katz did:
Taking the lap top with him he drove to the map position and was able to pinpoint the position of the phone within 100 feet of where he was. There were only two or three people around but Katz thought he recognized a guy who had been walking around the beach and took his chances: "I heard you found my phone and I have come for it." The guy was so startled he meekly handed it over mumbling incoherently. Katz patted him on the back, took the phone and walked off. This is a true story. Without this technology what are the chances of this happening? Answer: Totally zero. With the technology, still improbable we believe.
In the absence of iphone insurance lost and stolen cover the iphone technology described above appears to be almost a great substitute. However, it can be dangerous confronting people - especially professional thieves. Moreover, in this world it is unlikely most people would go to all the trouble Katz did to retrieve his phone. Also, there is a motto out there - immoral as it may seem - "finders keepers, losers weepers." Therefore, the chances of recovery are still very iffy and there is no real replacement for insuring your iphone with real, tangible and predictable iphone insurance benefits. Ensquared as specialists having introduced the Ensquared phone insurance calculator give you the latest in all phone insurance trends - focusing lately on the iphone insurance arena.
