Bali Tourist GuideSubmitted by analogik Wed, 4 Nov 2009
The Island of Bali is part of the Republic of Indonesia and it is located between Java in the West and Lombok and the Lesser Sunda Islands in the East. This tropical paradise is an ideal travel destination for anyone who is interested in an exotic, yet inexpensive island vacation. With its friendly atmosphere, lush vegetation, fragrant flowers, natural wonders, and year-round mild climate, one is destined to feel and fall in love with the magic that is Bali. This unique island is most well known for its varied landscape. One will stand in awe and wonder in the midst of tropical forests filled with bamboo, coconut palms and mangroves, or walk along beaches covered in gray and black volcanic sand. An island chain of six volcanoes, one is humbled by the beauty of pristine crater lakes, rivers and ravines, rice terraces and beautiful gardens of all sorts. The smell of flowers such as hibiscus, jasmine and frangipani fill the air while the sight of many others such as water lilies, bougainvillea, magnolia and an assortment of orchids delight the eyes.
Rent a hotel room for a fraction of the price that it would cost you anywhere else in the world, or splurge on a more authentic Bali villa accommodation in which you can opt for a personalized Balinese menu created just for you. Either way, your expenses will be minimal while the service you receive will prove to be exceptional. Visit Bali any time of year and bask in pleasant weather. The temperature usually fluctuates between 20-33 degrees Celsius and 68-93 degrees Fahrenheit. Monsoon season runs from December to March, but still, the days are mostly sunny with rain usually passing through only during the night. The magic of Bali awaits. Rich with culture and ancient wisdom, this island paradise is the perfect tropical getaway. About the Author
