When traveling to the Smoky Mountains, most people immediately think about Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. But there are many surrounding areas that offer exciting and entertaining things to do as well. One such place is Knoxville, TN. In under an hour, you can drive from Gatlinburg to Knoxville for a daytrip to Market Square.

Farmers' Market

If you visit between April and November, you can take in the Farmer's Market every Wednesday and Saturday.
