There are distinct regions around the UK, and if you're going to the North of England for your holidays there are several places that are among the best to visit. These include Northumbria, Cumbria, the Lake District, Derbyshire, and Yorkshire. While they all have their own, distinct personalities, they also have a lot of similar things to do. For example, they all have a lot of natural beauty, so if you like to hike, walk, bike, swim, camp, or do similar things that involve a lot of interaction with nature you'll have a lot of different choices no matter which of the areas you choose - and who says you have to visit just one? Depending on the length of your holiday stay, you might want to go to several of the best places to visit so that you'll have the opportunity to see what they all have to offer. You might find one or two areas that you prefer much more than the others, and that will give you a good idea of where you want to take your holidays next time. If you're going on holiday with family or friends, or just with that special someone, having a lot of things to do and see will make the trip a more enjoyable one for everyone.
No one will get bored at the best places to visit in the North of England because there are always many different things to do, and at least some of them should suit everyone in your group.
