Good reasons to visit Hvar

The existence of prehistorical life onthe island Hvar is confirmed by numerous archaeological finds. The attraction Markova spilja (cave) for example, with its archaeological layers, which are 10 meters high, is three kilometres from Hvar Town located, and originates from the beginning of the Early Stone Age. This is only one of numerous old sights on Hvar. But these old sights are not the only reason why this island is one of the most popular ones in Croatia. Today, it is one of the most famous destinations on the Dalmatian riviera - a town of smiling and open-minded people, who are almost only dedicated to tourism and who want to make you feel comfortable in beautiful Hvar apartments .
