Madrid, welcome to financial and tourist capital

The capital city of Spain is an amazing place to be with your family. We visited the incredible city of Madrid in the spring season. The journey was a bit delayed at Barajas Airport which is one of the busiest airports in the world. The hotel was situated in the heart of Madrid in close proximity to the famous attractions and restaurants. We had opted for the conducted tour rather than visiting the country's political and cultural capital. The major landmarks of the city are the Royal Palace of Madrid; the Teatro Real; the Buen Retiro Park; the National Library; an archaeological museum.

Madrid is ubiquitous and hosts the famous bull-fights the largest Plaza de Toros in Spain.
Madrid is also the home of Real Madrid, one of the biggest and most successful football clubs in the world. The visit to the enormous stadium was exhilarating.
The cultural vitality and entertainment of Madrid made our trip unforgettable. The amicable locals were so pleasing that it was really hard when we were leaving the city.

Hotel Ritz Madrid
The whole lot in the impressive restaurant was astonishing and ideal. Right from the beginning when we reached the hotel the staff members were there to greet us and take the luggage. The check-in was immediate and one of the staff members along with his junior accompanied us to our suite. When the doors of the Royal suite were opened we were anxious to see the brilliant interiors of the suite. An exquisite king-size bed with spectacular furnishings like sparkling crystal chandelier, valuable antiques and a fine oriental Ming Dynasty vase to provide a soothing atmosphere. The hotel fondles the children as well and offers a range of amenities just for children including children's bathrobes, interconnecting rooms and a cartoon DVD library. We indulged ourselves into the Spanish Tapas and exquisite cuisine served at the hotel. It was an implausible and memorable experience at this luxury hotel.
The stay at the well-known hotel Inter-Continental Madrid in Castellana was fun-filled. The entrance hall of the landmark 5-star hotel was so hospitable right in the heart of Madrid. The hotel is in close proximity to the main attractions, shopping places, restaurants and imperative night-life. The hotel has the newest technological amenities and is an ideal place for both business and leisure travelers. Our suite decorated in classic style magnificent boasting a king size bed and overlooking the Paseo de la Castellana street. The breakfast is served in the hotel's restaurant El Jardín.
