When the sudden plans turns out to visit Goa in India then there are several factors that need to be considered while traveling for Goa. Goa has made its place all around the world which can be clearly evident from the increasing graph of thousands of tourists seen in every year. Goa is a beautiful state of India consisting of nearly a hundred beaches which is the prime attraction of tourists to visit Goa. Tourists like to keep visiting Goa every year because of it's free & party atmosphere and beautiful - calm beaches. But before visiting Goa any person would like to know all it's parameters to reach over there. Focus should be laid on the modes of transportation to reach North Goa or South Goa, accommodation, food, most likely places to visit, famous forts and churches of Goa, and the immense pleasure of evening cruise and late night bars & pubs for party animals. After reaching to Goa and fulfilling all your stuff if a person is not getting tasty & spicy food of their choice then they are very much likely to feel to leave soon from Goa. People coming from any part of the world demand a complete package so that he/she can enjoy up to the core during their stay. If tourists are ready to spend money then in any case won't be ready to compromise in any way.

The cuisine of Goa won't let down your expectation as the food is being prepared keeping in mind the demand and style of all tourists visiting their restaurant.

Food:
Rice with fish curry is the staple diet in Goa. Goan cuisine is famous for its rich variety of fish dishes cooked with elaborate recipes. Coconut and coconut oil are widely used in Goan cooking along with chili peppers, spices and vinegar giving the food a unique flavor. Pork dishes such as Vindaloo, Xacuti and Sorpotel are cooked for major occasions among the Goan Catholics. An exotic Goan vegetable stew, known as Khatkhate, is a very popular dish during the celebrations of festivals, Hindu and Christian alike. Khatkhate contains at least five vegetables, fresh coconut, and special Goan spices that add to the aroma. Sannas a variant of idli and Koilori a variant of dosa are native to Goa. A rich egg-based multi-layered sweet dish known as bebinca is a favorite at Christmas an all goa resort. The most popular alcoholic beverage in Goa is feni; Cashew feni is made from the fermentation of the fruit of the cashew tree, while coconut feni is made from the sap of toddy palms.

The class of restaurants ranges from food of cheap restaurants to luxurious beach resorts cuisine. Tourists are free to move in any beach huts restaurant or five star hotels according to the budget set. Specially recommended place in Agonda Goa and Palolem Goa - both are amazing place to relax in a soothing and relaxing environment by the beach huts located right on the sea.

You can notice on the beaches of Goa that there are bar cum restaurant so if you're willing to drink beer or other drinks to booze then it's not going to cost you much as compare to the same stuff taken in some deluxe goa hotels. Enjoy the delicious food of Goa sitting right in front of the beach.
