What to look for when choosing a Private Villa in Orlando

If you are considering travelling to Florida for your holiday the first thing you will want to consider is the location of your accommodation / holiday villa. Florida is a big state and with so many attractions and points of interest the location of your ‘base camp' will be very important to make sure you can get the most out of your stay. You might also want to consider if you want a lively stay, or a quiet, relaxing stay. Some villas will be closer to the centre of the action whilst some will be out in the open (although still only 10-15 minutes drive from the things to see and do)

The key point is make sure that you know where the Villa is in relation to what you want to do on your vacation. For example, there is no use in booking a villa down near The Keys if you intend to visit Disney World for 2-3 days of your stay. You might also consider the distance from the airport(s) if you don't want a long drive once you touch down in the USA.

The next thing to consider is of course, the price. What is your budget for this holiday. Villa's are usually the cheaper option, especially for a larger group or family and they tend to be furnished to a very high standard because effectively you are staying in someone's private home. The location of the villa may play a part in home much it costs to rent.

Thirdly, do your homework. Most Villa's today will have a web site where you can inspect the interior of the accommodation. The web site will usually detail exactly what the villa has to offer, the distance from the attractions and points of interest, local amenities such as gas and food shopping and much more. In some cases you might find that you can actually move from room to room in the villa via a 3D tour, to get a real feel for the place before you commit to book.

Holiday Villas are cost effective options when it comes to accommodation in Florida. We have a Villa near Disney that is around 12 minutes away from Disney World by car, and yet in such a location that you can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet when you arrive back at the Villa.
