Dissertation onlineSubmitted by EugeneArticle Mon, 3 Aug 2009
Dissertation online are those research papers those you can either get online or you can order online.
Any dissertation will start with the selection of the problem. The selected problem needs to convert into a workable hypothesis. The word hypothesis is a compound of two words ‘hypo' and ‘thesis' and literally hypo means under or below and thesis means a reasoned theory or rational viewpoint. Accordingly, hypothesis would mean a theory which is not fully reasoned. In other words, hypothesis is a theory entertained in order to study the facts and examine the validity of the theory. Mill has defined hypothesis as "any supposition which we make (either without actual evidence, or an evidence avowedly insufficient), in order to endeavor to deduce conclusions in accordance with facts which are known to be real under the idea that if the conclusions to which the hypothesis leads are known truths, the hypothesis itself either must be or at least likely to be true." According to Coffey," A hypothesis is an attempt at explanation; a provisional supposition made in order to explain scientifically some fact or phenomenon." Hypothesis is a bridge in the process of inquiry or search which begins with some felt difficulty or problem and ends without the resolution of the problem. The next stages are to write the introduction, literature survey and the background of the study. Then we will start doing the sampling techniques. When and where the Sampling Techniques are required? Following are the criteria to determine the appropriateness of sampling technique: 1) Vast Data: When the number of units is very large, sampling technique must be used as it economizes money, time and effort. 2) When utmost accuracy is not required: The sampling technique is very suitable in those situations where cast percent accuracy is not required; other wise census technique is unavoidable, because 100% accuracy is available only by its means. 3) Infinite data- If the data are unlimited, we have to use the sampling technique. 4) Where census is impossible: If we want to know the amount of mineral wealth in a country we cannot dig all mines to discover and count. We have to use the sampling techniques. 5) Homogeneity: If all the units of a domain are alike, sampling technique are very easy to use. After doing the sampling technique we have to collect the sample data though different procedures like sending questionnaire, mails or doing interviews. After collecting the data the necessary analysis and interpretation of the data is done. Some preparations must be made before actual analysis and interpretation of facts in a research paper. This facilitates the process and makes it systematic. It also economizes in time and money and avoids so much wastage of energy. The most important preparations are as follows: 1) Editing of accumulated data 2) verification of secondary facts 3) Classification of data 4) Symbolization 5) Tabulation of facts. After doing this the necessary analysis is done and the conclusion or result is reached. The name of the references used or bibliography comes at the end of the dissertation.
