The great film 'High heels' tell a story happened between a mother and a daughter. At my first sight on the poster, I thought it would be a story about high heel shoes. A daughter and her mother have been loved and hated each other last fifteen years. The mother was a Spanish singer known throughout the country. In order to developing her career, she left behind her 13 year old daughter and toward foreign development. While 15 years later, the mother returned to Spain. However, she found that her only daughter was married to a reporter who has sex with herself. So a subtle triangle relationship began to form. A month later, the husband of daughter was killed. There were three women visited the man before he died. The three women were daughter's colleague, mother and daughter. And the three women all have proved themselies are not the murderer. Afterwards, the daughter returned to television station for presiding at noon news. She had to report declared death of her husband in the news. But in the broadcast, the daughter admited that she knew who killed her husband, the murder was herself.

The mother's glorious is too bright, Rebecca imitated and pursued her mother with all her life. She wanted to be the woman like that. In the meanwhile, Rebecca filled with envy and resentment to her mother for mother's relentless and her never surpass height. Finally, she found out that because of herself. So she wanted to make atonement for her, she rescued her flourishing daughter from the jail. Rebecca can continue to look for happy ending.

I am deeply fascinated by the film and love Madrid, the beautiful city in the film. City is filled with colorful and failure old breath. And at here, the story of a western edge of fantastic story. Humor becomes the inmost give language in the film, yet try to explain things away when ridiculed, it is exactly make up the loss in the modernization. However, in the face of humor, all the heavy heart is released. Whether the flamenco sad song of mother, or the narration of ending love and death, were vanish in the final.
