Sometimes you face disappointment working in the named organizations, as my own experience I spent my 1 year in a world class health care organization, in which my personal interest was include because the Chancellor of the organization is the Head of my community.

The organization have certain rules and policies. Management use them to disappoint employes and co-workers, or degrating others.

The organization was built to support human rights, provide patient care and a better releationship, they have more then hundred departments. Each department have there own staff releating on there need and work.

The organization have more then 25 Directors and around 125 managers, and the over all staff is around six thousand permanent employe and around 4000 Daily wedge employe. As there Human Resource department policy if anybody can resign or loose Job in anycase then they cannot join till six months. Remember there is no physical status of any Daily wedge employe but this policy applies on them too.

Suppose the situation I have faced, other also face the same situation may be more critical like if they deserve and get an apportunity in the same organization in different department on high rank, then your present department will never let you move there, they bound you in the name of policy, you can resign but can’t avail the opertunity. It seems management having super power, consuling in american way. “Either with us or Against us (resign us)”.

My question is that if a some your co worker come to you then, what is your resposibility, you can share there troubles, take positive actions, if some body deserve then support them to get and reach there destination, your supervision will make them feel releax but your negative impact will create conflicts.

Please support lower peoples to come up, not to black mail if they are facing financial troubles if you know they can’t resign.

I know this article will not support me because I have never used the organization because of my personal interest, becasuse there is nothing against organization but I feel management must have to change there mentality, As an web promoter this article will help others to understand the criteria.
